Second Steering Committee meeting19.03.2021
RADIUM Second Steering Committee (SC) meeting took place on 18th March 2021, on Teams, the privileged consortium’s platform since the pandemic started. The meeting started with a new entry among the project activities: a training on European Higher Education Area (EHEA) principles to be held in Bologna in October 2021. The aim of the training is to provide the Belarusian partners with tools and knowledge on EHEA requirements to implement the RADIUM Master in line with Bologna system.
Quality Assurance had a key-importance during the meeting: Prof. Sebastian Martorell, Chairman of RADIUM Quality Assurance (QA) Committee, from Polytechnic University of Valencia, presented the QA Plan and Handbook, including all the procedures to carry out the internal evaluation that will support the external experts. The latter, Prof. Marios Anagnostakis (National Technical University of Athens) and Prof. Friedrich Hoyler (Aachen University of Applied Sciences), attended the event to get acquainted with the project and the QA procedures.
The meeting was an opportunity to evaluate one of the main tasks of project’s first year: the documents’ collection for the first internal reporting period. The meeting’s final part was dedicated to the presentation of the Internal and Communication Plan, aiming at setting up efficient and cost effective internal communication practices and tools for a well-coordinated workflow and tasks’ timely delivery.
